Easy communication and self check in, parking in front of the house.
Little far from city center, however Berlin is very well connected with transportation.

Very clean room and bathroom. Clean communal area for cooking (others were doing that, not us) or making drinks (no drinks facilities in room). Mattress was thin yet comfortable. Beautiful clean smelling laundry (bedding and towels). Heating. Plenty of hot water. Close to where we needed to be.
Pillows were very lumpy sadly.

Spontan buchbar. Ruhig gelegen. Unkomplizierter Check in. Zimmer war renoviert. Netter Balkon.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Bad, Flur). Aber für unseren Zweck völlig ausreichend und akzeptabel.
Was uns so gestört hat, waren die vielen Raucher auf dem Nachbarbalkon und unten. Es zog alles ins Schlafzimmer.
