GREAT VALUE, Prime location to all the shopping, nightlife, and MOST, importantly, the property was just 1/2 block from the train that you take to and from BER airport. Having the train near the property made getting around EXTREMELY EASY and convenient. Great breakfast and very clean facilities.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh items with lots of variety. The staff were excellent and refilled as soon as the level dropped so everyone had a full choice. Everything was fresh and healthy.
More juice and cereal variety would have been appreciated. Also some fresh fruit would be a welcome addition.

The staff provides timely and clear instructions on how to enter the premises. The motel is located close to a U-Bahn stop.
Big plus: the lady who takes care of breakfast is particularly sweet and attentive.
This motel is indeed minimalist, not so much boutique.
For as far as I know, it is not indicated that guests have to the reception ask for the key to use the elevator. That was knowledge I would have liked to have had when I, a mother with a small daughter and two suitcases, had to go to the second floor after the reception had closed. Had I known the elevator only operates when staff are present, I would have been able to prepare accordingly.
The room and bathroom are clearly being cleaned, but could use a more thorough cleaning. Other than that, the motel is really not at all bad.
But PLEASE let guests know about the elevator. You are hosting travellers. They may be tired after a long trip.

Quite small room and asked for kids separate bed didn’t arranged and no cups r glasses r anything in room and no parking space.
