Fairly close to important parts.
Got a free extended use of the room. Perfect since we had a late night bus.
I don't know if there are technical limitations for the water system in the building or something else like power saving. But you might want to keep the showers a bit on the short side.
Not sure if the information existed, but I missed the fact that it was on the 4th floor. Good to know if you have a problem with elevators, and/or struggle with stairs.
Usually try to get the 1st floor or ground floor.

decent place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, showers were warm, i was content overall considering what i paid for
the room i was in (5) had a broken window that wouldn’t shut, bed has no backboard, limited staffed hours and you have to access the building via key so if you lose the key you’d be a bit doomed, will hear people moving up and down the corridor
