Reception girl was great, very pleasant and multilingual. The breakfast was very nice, had a bit of everything necessary, and had slight changes day to day. The location was very good as well, everything was close - transport, shops, some cafes and restaurants, managed to find parking on the street as well. And the building where the hotel is located, is beautiful.
The elevator was out of order half of our stay, including the day of arrival and departure when the bags had to be brought by stairs to 3rd floor. But even when it was working - it stops in between floors, so one has to go a stairway down or up anyway. With kids and shopping bags that was very annoying.
There is no day to day cleaning of the rooms, at least we didn't have any. I guess it could be done on demand, but we didn't expect such a situation in the first place. The room itself did not have a mini fridge and/or kettle, which also came by surprise. In our room, the door to the bathroom was broken and could not be shut. Pillows were weird and flat.
