clean and functional
the room next door 205 was super noisy from 11 to 1:11 am and then 3:30 am to 4:30. I barely slept for 2 nights then other came in and where partying and being very noisy. It is not a good sign when a hotel provide you free earplug. The WhatsApp service to fix that problem was useless and at point I felt really unsafe and they did nothing. they say I would get a human to answer the chat in 15 - 20 min and it took almost 45 min then the person was useless and not trained to deal with this. I almost called the police. VERY UNSAFE as the person answering the chat was untrained and very slow to react. then being cement floor you hear the stumping above and it seems that nobody in that hotel sleeps regular hours.

The Bed. It was massive and very comfy. As well the window ledge that you could sit in.

We stayed for 4 days, and during the whole stay nobody came to clean the room even once. No one checked in, no fresh water was provided, nothing.
Also, when we arrived, the door code didn’t work, so it was impossible to get in. We had to contact the property via WhatsApp, and it took about 10 minutes before they changed the code. Apparently, this is a common issue there.
