I was completely satisfied! The room was clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The location is excellent—a subway station and bus stop are right nearby, as are numerous restaurants. The value for money is outstanding. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who were always there for me. I would love to come back!

The location of this hotel is convenient for my specific purpose, and the room is quite spacious (In this stay, I was given a room with 4 queen sized beds, which were placed with ample space in between them.) The room & bathroom are relatively bright, and the window is big for plenty of external light, with double layers of curtains to shut the light if necessary. Staff of this hotel and I get along well, even though, I cannot speak for all the guests with various personal tastes and aptitudes. I like it that it's a quite open, casual and flexible hotel, in many aspects. When I request something, it's being attended, as long as it is reasonable. For example, I needed an extra chair.
I am happy with the atmosphere and attitude of this hotel. Very practical and easy going. Some reviewers complained (were scared?) that there are many people loitering near the entrance of the hotel at night, but, I never had any trouble with those people! Just say hi, smile, and they won't bite you! lol

Good & convenient location for the purpose of my trip, close to the train station. easy check in, check out (No complication, which happens often those days with a request for advance check in via online registration etc!) Great friendly flexible staff, who instantly gave me extra chair upon query, room was spacious (coming from London, Paris etc, where rooms are often relatively compact), bright and well-lit, super very warm in the middle of freezing winter (I liked it! but, sometimes, the heater was so powerful, I opened the window for fresh air, which was also very nice!) Over all cozy, secure, equipped with a bath tub.
Everything was fine for me! Nothing to complain... At one point in the morning, someone was talking very loud in the courtyard, near screaming, but, the window was quite effective in reducing the loud noise from outside in general.

Price, location near rail station, clean room
No heating in the room. Asked at desk and they told me heating would go on but it didn't. They gave me some extra bedding. The cooridor was warm so I left the door open to warm the room.
