Location and cleanliness.
WiFi was OK.
Too few TV channels in English - could only find Sky News.
Would love to be able to make coffee in the room.
The vending machines on ground level only take cash. I don’t use cash anymore.
Breakfast was nice but lacked a bread knife and a cutting board.

The location was close to Messe. The interesting pamphlets at the lobby. The breakfast was very tasty.
The air conditioning didn't circulate air. There were no international TV channels working. There were very few cloth hangers.The automated snack machines didn't accept international cards, they only worked with an app that could not be downloaded. The breakfast process flow was not explained in the room. The sweetener packets were not translated to English. The automated check in was not explained via booking.com.

The location was excellent for my purposes. The room/bathroom was very clean. The staff (such as they were) were reasonably friendly and efficient.
The hotel is very basic. I would have appreciated a few extras e.g. tissues, flannels, more hangers. I hated the mural in the room - it was loud and ugly. The Saturday night charge of nearly 400 euros was outrageous and very poor value for money for such a budget hotel. I didn't like that they charged for a cup of indifferent machine coffee.
