I recommend it to everyone!

Some time before arrival, our hotel was changed to Park Plaza Berlin due to the renovation of the first one. the stay was very successful, the room was clean, there were even attractions for the kids in the form of coloring books and logic games. The staff was wonderful. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. On the day of the race (Halfmarathon Berlin), we were provided with drinks, energy drops and free late check-out. I definitely recommend it!!

The only drawback was that the room was too hot, the air conditioning blows warm air, so you had to sleep with the window open, and there was noise from passing cars.

Regrettable

Leaving it.

I thought the brand would be trusted. This hotel is not to the same standard as other park plaza. Don’t believe the photos. We were given a hostel like room which was unsafe with exposed wiring, dirty and mismatched children’s bedroom flat pack furniture. One heavy unity was broken and sitting on 3 pieces of broken wood. Awful. The hotel has offered to stay again with discount (can’t trust them) or an insulting 30% off the bill. The hotel manager does not care. They take money and know it’s bad. Stay anywhere but here.

The bathroom was disgusting, especially shower place, that i preferred not to take shower there, there were lots of black Schimmel on its bathroom walls. Also the floor carpet came Gray of dirts during the time

Superb

It’s our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is close to U-bahn (several metro lines - 2 min, 10 min). Kettle and the fridge were in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everyday cleaning. On the ground floor there’s a gym. Also, the hotel provides free lemonade and fruit. The stuff is welcoming and friendly

Breakfast was to a very high standard, pleasant staff. My room was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. One of the receptionist staff was friendly and really helpful.

Check in experience, the receptionist was not very forthcoming with information nor welcoming.

This was a great hotel and everything worked well! I liked every aspect!

Occassionally when showering it would get scalding hot then freezing cold but overall it was fine. Good hotel!

Nice Hotel with a good breakfast.

The location was easy to find and convenient for a huge city like Berlin without a real city center. Breakfast was of high quality with good choices. The price benefit ratio was OK for Berlin in general ..

Comfy stay at a great location

The hotel is in an excellent location, not too far from the sights, public transportation available close to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, our 3 year old even got a welcome package. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed super big and an extra bed available for our daughter.

The hotel might need a small renovation: change the carpets and the curtains, change the bathroom furniture. But the condition of the room didn’t bother us, it was clean and nice.

The location was very central. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. However, a special mention for the staff at the reception because they were extremely helpful and friendly. We were 8 friends visiting Berlin and they accommodated us very nicely. A couple of hours after checkout, we had to use the facilities and the staff was very kind and guided us to everything.

I would recommend it

Perfect location, didn’t need to travel with public transport once. The room was clean, there was a kettle, some coffee and tea, which was a pleasant surprise for us. The beds and the pillows were comfy.

The balcony was run-down and the bathroom may need a little renovation soon. But generally it wasn’t a big deal.
