Staff is very friendly and helpful. In general, the hotel is great : good location, clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. Truly, nothing to complain about.

At first I thought this hotel was a bit out of the action, bit chose it as it seemed to have a good metro link to all the main sights. I was right, with 30 mins we could be at any of the famous sights and so the location was perfect. As a bonus the hotel was literally around the corning from Berlin premier high end shopping street. All in all a great hotel very comfortable easy to get to everything, surrounded by shops, small supermarkets etc and not city centre prices.
I think the car parking could be cheaper, but I always think that unless its free.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The room was beautiful, spotless and very well equipped, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is in the best possible location in Berlin.
Unfortunately, there was a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. Since there was not a single window that could be opened, the room sometimes felt stuffy and it was difficult to get rid of the smell.
