Our experience of this hotel was excellent. In particular the staff especially Julian, the manager, who was very kind and helpful when we found ourselves stranded due to a loveholidays booking. I was upset and he stepped in to contact the holiday co to secure our lodgings for the duration of our stay. Also Hanif and the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Many thanks and gratitude to them from Linda and Russ of Sheffield x

Good location, near Checkpoint Charlie. The beds were very comfortable and the shower warm. Very clean room. Staff was cordial. Nice breakfast. Slippers were a nice touch. Property parking was convenient.
Inner courtyard overgrown. Needed attention.
