soggiorno a Berlino "zona Mitte"

situato in buona posizione, vicino alle principali attrazioni, si gira tranquillamente a piedi anche se la stazione è a 10 minuti di distanza,

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, non ci hanno pulito la camera, non abbiamo capito perché.....la nostra camera era molto piccola, la struttura è semplice e minimale, abbiamo scelto di fermarci per la colazione che ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ,

Wenn man eine zentrale Lage schätzt macht das Hotel Sinn.

Die Lage. Liegt auch nah am Hauptbahnhof.

Den Frühstücksraum fanden wir nicht sehr ansprechend. Gegenüber ist Cafe Albrecht, wo man toll frühstücken kann. Parken kann man am Hotel nicht, im Parkhaus, was recht nah ist 24€ pro Tag.

Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig!

Unterkunft war zweckmäßig. Die Lage war gut.

Wegen Personalmangel sollte während unseres drei tägigen Aufenthaltes nur einmal gereinigt werden. Leider wurde KEINMAL gereinigt. Beim Frühstück fehlte das Wasser - konnte nicht nachgefordert werden, weil kein Personal zu sehen war.

La ubicación inmejorable, la ducha calentita y con buena presión después de un día largo pateando por Berlín, la infusión de rooibos que me preparaban en la cafetería de recepción me sentaba de maravilla antes de dormir, las camas son cómodas.

Es una habitación bastante reducida con maletas grandes lo hubiéramos pasado mal porque casi no hay espacio pero si te organizas bien no hay problema, en general la habitación está bien y es limpia, la zona de la ducha es amplia.

Exceeded my expectations and the negative reviews

I often travel to Berlin but my usual hotel was fully booked so I tried here. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate and the location is unbeatable in this price range. Very clean and very safe area. Didn’t try the breakfast due to time constraints but it was very cheap for Berlin and if I stay again I will be trying it. Well stocked and reasonably priced drinks and snacks available at reception. Police outside due to the embassy next door but only added to the safe feeling of the area.

Unterirdischer Service, ich habe vor der Reise eine Frage gehabt und habe es auf allen möglichen Kanälen probiert (Mail, Nachricht auf booking, Telefon) und nie jemanden erreicht. Erst nach vier Tagen erhielt ich eine Antwort, nachdem ich über den Kundenservice von Booking gegangen bin, und wurde dann auch noch abgewimmelt und unhöflich behandelt. Da hatte ich schon ein ganz schlechtes Gefühl und wollte lieber stornieren, was die Unterkunft jedoch ablehnte. Dieses schlechte Gefühl bewahrheitete sich bei Ankunft ebenfalls, die Rezeptionistin musste ich mehrere Male ansprechen, bis sie mich überhaupt bemerkte und vom Handy aufschaute. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls nicht empfehlenswert, es hatte keine Heizung, nur eine Klimaanlage, weshalb es nie wirklich warm genug wurde (Außentemperatur waren nachts 2 Grad). Auf dem Bett waren bei Ankunft viele Haare und Fussel auf dem Laken und den Bezügen. Auch sonst war der Raum staubig und in keinem guten Zustand. Nachts wachte ich circa alle halbe Stunde auf, weil Menschen auf dem Gang extrem laut waren und die Tür zum Treppenhaus zuknallte. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel recht heruntergekommen und etwas zwielichtig, das Publikum ebenso. Ich würde hier auf keinen Fall ein zweites Mal übernachten, ich kann mir die vergleichsweise guten Bewertungen hier auf Booking nur damit erklären, dass das Hotel bis vor kurzem zu einem anderen Konzern gehörte (Best Western) und vielleicht noch aus dieser Zeit Bewertungen stammen?

The size of the room and the bed were both disappointing!

The property was in a good location within east walking distance of the Reichstag Building, the Monument to the Dead Jews and Topography of Terror. It was clean and staff were polite.

The room was very small and although I purchased a business room with Queen bed this was in fact a room with two single beds pushed together and provided with two single duvets.

Location is excellent! Quiet street close to all neccessary transportation and cafes.

If you plan to sleep longer than 9 am, you should choose some other hotel/room. Slamming doors, noisy trollers and other guests can be very disturbing. It was the only negative side of our stay. Maybe using carpets will help?

It was clean, the shower had good pressure and they offered other services that were well worth the money, at no extra cost

It was a little cramped I think it would benefit from a smaller bed or to loose the table as it felt hard to move around the room

Friendly staff and great location for a comfortable stay

The location was excellent and we were able to walk or catch local trains. Close to the river with a variety of eating places. Easy walk from Berlin hbf and located in "east" Berlin. Also the mall at the local station was close and very handy. The staff were excellent in that they were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was small but very comfortable with a bathroom and separate toilet. Breakfast is available but we didn't use this service. A kettle, tea and coffee provided on request. We would stay there again.

If your expectation is to sleep in a clean place, to be within walking distance of every corner and to have a comfortabl

The location is great, close to the metro, in the center of the city, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, it is nice to have separate shower and toilet

There were no slippers in the rooms, if you come from the other side of the world, you need to buy slippers to avoid walking barefoot in the room. There is no mini bar, they give you a cup and kettle in a box for coffee and tea. This was a bit strange.

We had 4 days of comfort for our first visit to beautiful Berlin

Location was good although a little far from the airport.

A refrigerator in the room would be helpful, particularly in the warmer weather. We had access to a kettle but couldn’t keep milk or butter if we wanted a snack during the night.
