Walking distance to checkpoint Charlie and key sights, fabulous breakfast and comfy beds. Great value for money.
Only one drawback in the summer was no air con. But there was large fan in room.

The cleanliness and lightings of the hotel, plus the staff. They’re really excellent!
Actually nothing much except maybe they can add more sockets for mobile chargers. To provide mosquito repellents too.

Location
Food quality and choice was poor, not to mention not value for money. Having to ask to have your room made up each day was poor. The mattresses are too hard and the pillows sound and feel like they have millions of tiny plastic balls in them.
