The personal was helpful.The Lady in the Bar was super helpful and makes great cocktails. Breakfast personal also deserves an extra mention.
Information was not offered. Not everyone spoke English at the reception which was a bit surpriseling. The hotel has no air-conditioning but one could ask for a fan.. on booking kettle was included in the room
We should have probably asked for it as well. Wellness is very simple would just qualify for Sauna.

Next to a couple of fast food restaurants which is what we required.
Great breakfast and friendly staff
We arrived in a heatwave and the quality of the bedding didn’t help to cool. Not really an issue in normal circumstances

Friendly staff
NO AC!!! Falsely listed as having it!!! Room has seen better days, I believe we stayed in the business suite, walls were cracked, furniture used, no bathtub.
