The location is excellent and just a short walk from the train station and most major sights. The bed was fairly firm, which I liked. The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. I had a single room but it felt pretty roomy although the shower was small. It was clean and perfectly adequte although the decor is a little dated. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
There was a fair amount of clunking and thudding noise from inside the hotel.

Ost Am Ko is right in the centre of Augsburg and it is a very comfortable place to stay. Nice bedrooms and a great breakfast buffet.
The staff are very welcoming.

Everyone working at the hotel was extremely friendly. Especially the guys at the reception.
Location is excellent.
Breakfast was really tasty, great value for money and lots of different things (from Brezels, cold cuts to chia pudding and freshly made omlett).
The beds, especially the pillows, where not so comfortable. Furniture is a bit dated and we heard the guests from the other rooms, mainly from above.
