Für den Zweck unserer Reise sehr ansprechend, würden wir wieder buchen.

Frühstück sehr umfangreich, frische Eierspeisen, gute Kennzeichnung der Produkte, auch spezielle Produkte wie z.B. glutenfreies Brot jeden Morgen frisch erhalten Der Ausblick vom grosszügigen Balkon war grandios (bei guter Sicht Alpenpanorama)

Die Parksituation und die Aussicht auf diese Bauruine Restaurant hatte geschlossen

Sehr gut für Städtetrips

Das Frühstück war sehr gut: große Auswahl, reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Die Lage war perfekt. Gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt.

Im Bad gab es kein spezielles Shampoo für Haare, sondern lediglich ein Duschgel für Kopf bis Fuß.

I will love to visit again if the bathroom hole stop smelling and the carpet is well clean, apart from this, the staffs

Staffs are so friendly , very warm welcoming,receptionist are very polite, breakfast was fantastic, very lovely staffs, ready to help, clean meal and lovely atmosphere at the breakfast. Special thanks to all the staffs of this hotel are deserve that best in life .

The bathroom stinks, and the carpet got so much dust, the odour coming out from the bathroom make us to change hotel, the mattress is not good at all.

Exceptional

The rooms are comfy and the view is great, especially if you upgrade to a higher floor. What we especially like in this hotel is the breakfast room, you look out of the windows into the green of the Wittelsbacher Park, and the buffet is consistently very, very good.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel! Only thing is, that the parking garage is not accessible since two years, and it was not in good shape the year before. I don't have any problems finding a parking spot in the neighborhood, though.

The hotel room is not worth the price

The Breakdance bufete was very good

The Building and the facilities are somehow old, The dampfbad was out of order and the sauna was not opened during the morning.

Decent hotel not far from railway station and city center

Overall - it's quite decent hotel. Not far from the central railway station and the city center (tram station is just several minutes to walk). We used this hotel together with friends to attend a concert which was just in the nearby concert hall. Very pleasant and helpful personnel (at reception and bar). Nice view. Relatively spacious room. Complimentary bottle of water.

The room was little bit cold (March). Little bit overpriced - incl. breakfast (20 Euros a bit too much, that's why we didn't take it).

Disappointing

Really silly design of the room: a small glass in the bathroom wall makes it impossible to keep the room dark and sleep if the other person is taking shower etc. Really annoying if your partner/child is into long beauty sessions at night!

Superb

Amazing view over the city, fantastic, modern-looking room with plenty of space and really comfortable bathroom.

Maybe I missed the info but I found out that breakfast was 20€ per person when paying for it.

Location to the city Price was ok

- Insects in room - Old rooms with old carpet and not so comfy bed - Night club Kclub in front of hotel which woke us up at 2/3 am as the bass was felt in the room together with the music - Expensive breakfast - We were not even asked by the staff if we liked our stay - No parking

Superior classy Accommodations

They had everything. If not, they made it for you. One of my best breakfasts ever. Staff very helpful and Polite. The Chef was quick and professional at the orders that were being taken. It was clean and received % star service. Thank you to everyone.

Pleasant stay with a great view

The room was great, we got a free upgrade to a higher floor, and the view was wonderful. We stayed at this hotel also last summer, and compared to this the atmosphere has considerably improved. In 2021 the breakfast buffet was open, but the offer was limited. There was a wrapping station where this year there were croissants, cakes etc. and the coffee machine. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the bar has reopened since then.

We were perfectly happy!!! The parking garage is closed, and you have to drive around a little to find a spot on the street. There is public parking ca. 500 m from the hotel, but in the evening my son and I didn't feel like leaving our car there and walk back to the hotel when it's dark. We preferred parking in the neighborhood near a street light.

parking garage is in a very bad shape. rooms weren’t properly cleaned and the hotel needs a renovation, it looks worn out a bit. terrible wifi, hardly any reception.
