Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel buchen, wenn wir nach Augsburg kommen. Der Komfort und die Ruhe in Kombination mit dem Aufzug im Haus, der Innenstadtnähe und den schönen Lokalen laden wirklich zu weiteren Besuchen mit Sightseeing in Augsburg ein. Dank einer aufmerksamen Dame vom Reinigungspersonal, wissen wir jetzt auch, wo wir parken können, Ihr nochmals vielen Dank.

Wir hatten eine Garage angeboten bekommen und auch anschließend bestellt. Es lag kein Schlüssel im Fach. Telefonisch haben wir erst sehr spät jemanden vom Personal erreicht. Da hatten wir unseren PKW schon selbst frei in Augsburg geparkt. Wir versuchten weiterhin jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. Als das geklappt hat, behauptete die Dame am Telefon, dass sie keine Bestätigung unsererseits bekommen haben. Es wurde keine brauchbare Hilfe angeboten! Das war sehr schade! Und der Ton war dazu noch sehr unfreundlich und genervt! Das ist das Einzige, was uns an diesem Wochenende nicht gefallen hat. Alles andere war super gut!

Very good

The hotel is located in a lovely old building and my room was very bright with beautiful windows facing the quiet green garden

I wasn’t given check in instructions on time before my arrival. The staff phone number doesn’t work. I was lucky to accidentally meet other guests who helped me to find the stuff and I was able to check in as I arrived. So overall it turned out good

Good location and comfortable room.

Check-in was a hassle because there was no key in the key safe. However phoned for help and after three or four more goes a key was delivered. No breakfast.

Horrible, but perfect party location

Stylish, new and clean.

Zero sound insulation between rooms. The guests in the next room threw a party after midnight and became abusive when asked to be quiet. No way to contact the hotel, no staff on site, no one picking up the phone. Also the day after we tried repeatedly to report the situation, no way to get in contact.

Kitchen was equipped with everything and bed was comfortable. Location was good.

Bathroom was a private room but we only had one card to share between the bedroom and bathroom. Towels were not changed and kitchen was not cleaned during our stay.

Do not forget to send detailed directions to guests if your hotel is self service with no reception.

Very clean and comfortable place

I feel like an email was never sent to us which was a key mail to making a difference in our stay. The hotel is 100% self service, yet we never received directions with how to get inside the building, how to get our keys and how to access our room. If it wasn’t for another couple of guests who were also lost and confused, but spoke German and called customer support, we would be stranded outside overnight, as there is no reception. Ruined our stay and took us an hour to check in.

Pleasant

the hotel is cozy and central, there is a beautiful courtyard ,very clean , but we have booked an apartment and the accomodation was just an hotel room. Maybe will be better change this room name from "apartment" to "room" and apply a different fare from other rooms that are apartments.

Great location, lovely place, shame about poor after-service

Fantastic location near the Fuggerai, quaint city street setting, completely quiet. There is a delightful little terrace where we had our breakfast.

Parking was supposed to be included but the instructions we were given over the phone failed to locate the garage. Ended up costing EUR 23

Superb

The location is great, right in the centre, with everything at your doorstep! The room was very tastefully decorated and the bathroom (although separate) was close and very modern and clean. Overall, we felt that it was very good value for money.

The check in procedure was a little confusing. There are boxes with the keys and the box didn't open directly and it didn't correspond to the room number. So it took some time to find which box my key was in. Also the parking was offsite and a bit confusing. It could help to have a map with the location of the parking and a picture of the garage with the booking details, as it was not 100% clear.

Basically a great place to stay right in the middle of old town.... BUT: -> ->

We had gotten one of the rooms without an en suite bathroom, so needed to go in pyjama across the hall. This was not clear from the booking. So, depending what type of room you really get, or how much this hallway bathroom matters to you, your evaluation could be much better.

The bathroom was not connected to bedroom so we had to walk down a hall in pajamas during the night to go to the bathroom. this information was not included when we made the reservation. I felt tricked by this intentional deception. I would never have reserved a room in this place of I had known that the bathroom was not attached to the bedroom.

Difficult to check in and no one on site. The bathroom was not en suite which we thought we booked. Anyway, to try to speak to someone to request a change is basically impossible. We did eventually get hold of someone and after about an hour she phoned back to say the manager said that’s what we booked and that’s what we get. At this stage we had long ago packed our bags and moved to another establishment with super friendly and efficient staff. A refund was obviously refused. May I also add that parking is a serious challenge in this area.

Superb location in very downtown, stylish & clean. Easy to find if you know the address. Ideal for a couple of days stay to walk around the city center.

For those who reserved a parking offered by the ANA it would be more easy to find the garage if exact address (map?) of the one could be indicated either in the confirmation/welcome email or at least at the keychain.

Location!

There were no shelves, chest of drawers. There was one hatstand with 4 hangers. Ghere would have been room enough to put somd shelves. Room lookdd so jntidy dhen staying tgere, since I had to keep all clothes in ooen suitcase.

Not reachable by car. Impossible to park. Elevator was not working. Somewhat complicated to get in with different codes.
