The welcome was wonderful including a much needed drink when we arrived! Great location, near the river and Chocolate museum. Room and bathroom very clean!

Location was great, very central for walking access to sights.
I pre-booked a room with twin beds, we were given a room with 1 queen, lovely views, when asked about the twin beds our room was changed to a room with a small window making it seem quite dark, air con was not cold - we were advised it ran off central duct, our room key cards were problematic. Staff were not super warm and friendly.
