Convenient location and quiet rooms. An indoor pool to cool off in late in the day. A lounge area you could make calls in. A sort of hostel vine downstairs.
The check in is semi self managed with someone to assist if you can't work out the terminals. This is always a bane to me, as I like having some service so you can establish what the stay is going to be like. The next morning I was in the lounge area on the phone and asked to use the Nespresso machine. The staff response was unfriendly - bordering on surly and this, sadly, remained my overarching impression of the place. No one was interested in hospitality. I had selected this hotel because of the pool and gym. No gym equipment was actually functional. Don't advertise it if you can't maintain it. This place is really a bed and a shower.
