Modern, clean, location is very easy to access and close to the main station and the old town. Staff was great and very helpful
The road the hotel is on can feel a bit rough at night

The room had comfortable beds and felt secure, with a good bathroom and a view. Coffee was available in the lobby until late morning and staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was very good from the train station but it didn't feel like a nice area to walk around especially at night.

The location is fairly convenient, not far from Cologne Cathedral. The room was clean.
The room was very small, and there was no refrigerator. Although the Cologne Cathedral could be seen in the distance, the direct view from the window was of a railway and run-down surroundings. The shower gel and shampoo were of low quality, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, it was very overpriced for the level of service provided.
