The location was perfect, the staff was lovely, the housekeepers did a great job every day. If we were ever to visit Cologne again we would definitely stay here!

Great location.
Clean and modern.
Marvin stark at reception was amazing - deserves a promotion and pay rise.
Manager has no customer service skills, very abrupt and rude.
Wouldn't accommodate an accessible room for 2 of our party who couldn't climb into the bath to shower.
Restaurant very limited menu and choice of food.
No actual bar area.
Very late cleaning. I arrived back one day at 4.30/5pm to shower and warm up after being caught in the rain.
The cleaners were in my room cleaning at this time!!!
