Friendly and helpful staff, good (quiet) location in Erenfeldt. Easy walking to the Belgian quarter, good transport links to the centre of Cologne

The location is superb, not far from the center and in a very vibrant and young area of Cologne. The staff is very kind and help you with any request you might have. (Keep in mind, it’s a privately owned hotel so there isn’t an army of staff but the ones that work there are very competent and attentive ) It is very quiet and the rooms are soundproofed well. The rooms are overall very clean and all the amenities are well attended. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys their privacy and wishes to visit Cologne.

The property is located at a quiet residential area.
The night shift manager is very rude. He greeted us politely yet when my colleague encountered WiFi issue, he claimed that it’s “normal” since she was staying in an “economy” room. WiFi issue supposed to be in every room so you can claim you have WiFi in your hotel and especially for business travel.
Then when she brought up her concern with bed bug, he didn’t mention that she can change a room and the next day we confronted him, he asked why we didn’t insist on changing a room. He even questioned my colleague with “You think our country is dirty?” when she was simply checking her new room was checked thoroughly…he was taking this way too personal and show unprofessional behavior.
