A great location. It is an easy walk to the city center, has convenient parking, and sits just two minutes from the metro while staying pleasantly quiet. The breakfast is excellent as well, especially if you love freshly made Eggs Benedict.

The lobby was nice and the location.
The hotel looked like it was an old hotel that was redecorated with the smallest budget. I found the "art floors" to be tacky. It's gimmicky. The furniture is old. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. It's still a pig.
The bigger issue is that the rooms need remodeling. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for this reason. Nothing terrible. Just the more makeup you try putting o the place, the more outdated it appeared.
