Comfy, clean, friendly staff, nice view. Pretty basic overall, nothing wrong, nothing amazing. Did feel expensive for what you get.
Tv didn’t seem to be a smart tv/be able to connect to your phone which seemed backward. It’s a bit out of the way location wise, not super close to public transport but there are some connections. Around 20 mins from central station which is nice.

The view of the media park pond and distant view of the cathedral were good.
Comfy bed, Good Aircon, Spacious room. Really friendly and helpful staff

The staff
Curtains had a hole, the bathroom had a metal door that doesnt closed.
I asked two nights for room service. The second time I had to go to reception for my food and the order was wrong and its microwave food.
