Everything was AMAZING. Great location, great and roomy rooms, great and helpful staff. Police all around, taxis available, Metro stations, good infrastructure - I can't think of a negative thing at all.
There's no way a person can find something not to like. It was all amazing. There was a protest of some sort in one of the days, but even that didn't destroy our good mood, as the police was right on.

Our room has very nice view seen all the city and the Cologne church, very close to the restaurant, and shops, the hotel is very clean parking very accessible, staff is very nice very accommodating, definitely we’ll comeback and stay when we’re in Cologne

Good location. Preferred the Belgium Quarter to the busy touristy old town.
Good Aircon. Comfy bed (I’ll come onto the pillows in the next section).
Great city views.
Well equipped gym and sauna area.
First room given was ok, but no view. The friendly, efficient staff quickly moved us to a much better room on the 9th floor with a balcony. Amazing city views.
The hotel itself is looking very old, tired and dated. Chipped furniture and wallpaper. With the ‘lumpiest’ pillows I have ever come across.
