Excellent staff. Great price for such a charming hotel. 20 minutes' walk to the city center.
High audibility - I could hear the toilet flushing in the room next door.

The hotel is in a good location in town, near the train station and not far from the museum to the west. The breakfast is correct. And it is quite cheap.
Some things in my room were dirty : the toilets have not been cleaned, and I've seen some brown dripping on the door. My room had not A /C and it was facing south, it was too hot in there. And finally some other client were talking until late at night and I heard them well.
