Great location, very comfortable room and extremely helpful and courteous staff.
The bar and restaurant was closed for evening meal.

The beds were good, and the breakfast was good, despite being on the simple side for a 4* hotel.
As we had to abort our holiday, we booked the quadruple suite, such that our son would also have a regular bed instead of a sofa bed. When we checked in, we got downgraded to the triple suite, without any mention of it by the staff. Only when we arrived in the room we found out we were downgraded.
Even worse: The room was only prepared for 2 persons, while we booked for 3 and besides that we had to explicitly ask for a refund of the difference between the quadruple and triple room.
When you are overbooked and downgrade a room, make sure to inform the customer pro-actively, make sure the room is setup for the correct amount of people, and refund the price difference directly instead of a customer having to ask for it.
The way this was handled negatively impacted the experience we had in the hotel.
