An absolute 5-star experience! The best birthday surprise ever. 🎂🥂
I stayed at the NYX Hotel Erfurt with two of my friends from September 8 to 10, and September 9 was my birthday. The experience exceeded all expectations and made my special day truly magical!
The room we booked was fantastic—very nice, spacious, and comfortable for the three of us. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff and their unmatched hospitality. They went completely above and beyond: they surprised me with a wonderful birthday cake delivered right to bed in the morning, treated us to wine during breakfast with my friends, and even had another lovely surprise waiting for us around lunchtime!
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Thank you, NYX Hotel Erfurt team, for making my birthday so memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Erfurt!

Brilliant, very clean hotel that jad excellent comfortable clean accommodation that served an excellent breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The location was superb, close to the city centre (2 minute walk) and all local amenities. This is definitely a hotel that I WILL come back to. Erfurt for me is like an undiscovered gem, an unspoilt German city and very pretty and picturesque. There is so much to see I would recommend anyone to visit Erfurt and stay at the Radisson Blu.

Location is the only thing we like.
Breakfast was under middle level, coffee- terrible. The room furnishing and size was good for DDR times, WC for children size persons, car parking wish to be bigger as well.
