Price-quality ratio, soundproofing of the room, mattresses
An hotel for one inexpensive overnight stay. Unfortunately the check-in took over an hour. Due to the strange working of the reception after a long drive, standing in the check-in queue with two elderly parents was extremely annoying.
Only one receptionist was working, distracted by issuing chips for the bar, issuing and receiving luggage from the luggage room. Another for almost 45 minutes could not find the guarantee letter for two ladies and then two young men, holding the queue of tired from the road guests. Only after an hour a third receptionist appeared, but the queue for the check-in did not disappear until the evening. I believe that something needs to be adjusted in the work of the reception, the staff is overloaded.
But I am very grateful to the staff for promptly informing me about the EC card I had forgotten and found by one of the guests in the parking machine and calling me quickly.

Good location, impressed with the wireless charging in the room and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Staff were polite and courteous.
It tries to be ultra modern but at the cost of customer comfort. Chairs in the seating areas are hard and uncomfortable. The room is very very small. The bathroom is a tight space and uncomfortable.
