A good breakfast with several types of eggs and sausages, yogurt, sliced sausage, cheese, and fish, as well as a small selection of pastries. All the sausages seemed a little under-salted and bland to me, but maybe that's because they're meant to be eaten with mustard.
Convenient location - close to the historic center, shops, and public transportation stops.
Private underground parking.
Spacious rooms with well-soundproofed windows and blinds.
Apparently, room reservations are made manually rather than automatically, which is why the check-in date in their system was one day later. Fortunately, the room was available and they checked us in.
There wasn't any space in the car park a couple of times. It's a paid lot, so I expect there to always be a space available. I should note, though, that a space eventually became available. Apparently, it had been taken by a car belonging to an employee.
Rooms start being cleaned even before breakfast is over. This means that you might come back from breakfast wanting to get ready to go out, only to find that you can't because the room is being cleaned. We hung a “Do Not Disturb” sign during breakfast so we wouldn’t end up in that situation again.
The glass door to the bathroom. We were traveling with a child, and this made using the shower very uncomfortable.

The fourth stay at the hotel was just as good as the first. The room was a great size for a family and had all the amenities we needed, including a car park. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely make it five times if we came back.

The location was fantastic, next to old town. The building was pretty and the breakfast was excellent, complete with chocolate fountain and sparking wine.
Our family room was small and cramped for a family of 4 and did not have a bath as advertised. We chose this hotel as it had onsite parking however this is limited and the parking garage had no spaces, it is essential to pre-book.

The location is in the heart of Fussen. And the breakfast is indeed good.
Needs more attention to cleaning and amenities. The towels were very very dirty, old and stinky (even if they change them daily, all of them are looking the same)
