Staff was generally very nice and helpful. The location with proximity to the lake and and a view from the breakfast room over the beautiful garden and to the mountain range is superb. The natural pool with deck chairs is another great addition and makes for many cosy spots for morning coffees or late afternoon picnics.
One breakfast staff was quite rude and on the days that person was around food would not be refilled even 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time (which is rather short until 10am only). Breakfast in general was very good with quite some variety except fruits. Except apples and oranges (the latter of which no one eats for a hotel breakfast because you would need to peel the whole fruit first) there was usually only one variety of "exotic" fruit such as melon, which wasn't really ripe. Adding one-two more local varieties of fruit would be much appreciated.
