Comfortable and spacious room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The SPA facility is a nice bonus.

The hotel is located near Rostock and was easily accessible by car. Safe parking at the hotel (extra fee) was available. Friendly staff welcomed us for late check-in at the reception. In general the hotel looks good, maybe there are more beautiful rooms with a better interior and view could be selected. Our room was just functional and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use pool and spa treatments, and didn't order any food, so there's nothing to add.
There was a curtain/canopy hook above the bed, but it was missing. Small shower stall with unsafe top frame (you have to bend over to get out of the shower without hitting your head on it).

The forest room has nice decorations and the spa area has multiple saunas. The pool is quite big and nice to swim in.
We were given a twin room, although we booked a double room. This was solved for the second night, when we got an upgrade. The hotel is close to nature, but you need a bus ride to the city if you need anything outside the hotel. No water heater or tea facilities were available. We also had to pay an additional city tax, which was not mentioned when we made the booking.

Room to the forest side was quite

Breakfast is too expensive and quality is mediocre
Pool area looks like a hospital, unpleasant for relaxation
Sauna working hours only from 15:00 -20:00 (maybe to save money on energy???)
Room relatively basic, good only to sleepover
Location out of the city center in the middle of nowhere
Overall is the price-to-perfomance ratio very mediocre and compares to cheap 3-Star Hotel. I would not recommend a stay here and would never again come back.
