Very good location, comfortable
Wifi was very bad and at times it didn't even work, the reception wasn't accessible the worker was there only a few times a day and we didn't have contact with him nor I saw him at the property so If I needed any help I wasn't able to get it. The luggage room is useless because in order to open it you need a room card but if you check out the same day and want to leave your stuff there for a few hours before the trip you CANNOT do that, because you don't have card and there is no one on the reception at all times. Communication in english was very poor, I wasn't able to get any information I needed to know.

A basic but good place to sleep at an excellent location for a good price.
The rooms are a bit basic. Mostly clean, good beds.
No airco or fan, so it might get hot.
The location is pretty much unbeatable
A couple of blocks from Brandeburger Tor as well as the Berlin Mall
Public transport is close and takes you anywhere in the city.
It could have been a little cleaner - they do no clean behind or under things it seems
Beds are sturdy, but sleep well.
When arriving you may have to call someone when at the door, even during opening hours

We had a wonderful family stay at BLNCTY Hotel. The place was clean, affordable, and very comfortable. Its location is perfect—close to Mall of Berlin and many great attractions nearby. Parking was easy and accessible, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommend for families visiting Berlin

The location is the main plus of this hotel, very near to Postamer Platz, and the brandenburg gate.
Most of the time there is no staff on site, I arrived early and wanted them to keep my bags until check in time. Had to wait outside for some other guest to open the door because there was no one in reception, luckily a cleaning lady helped me, though I didn’t receive any voucher confirming they kept my luggage. Hardly ever was someone in reception. The room was ok, however the shower switched the water temperature randomly, sometimes the water came way too hot for no reason.
