War super, wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.

Klasse Lage und super Aussicht aber nur in Penthouse Wohnung

Lage ist top, Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Sehr nettestes Personal.

Eingangsbereich ist erschreckend bei Ankunft. Kissen sind furchtbar und man könnte ggf. ein halbes Kopfkissen und weicher im Schrank deponieren.

Tæt på byen. Privat parkering for 9,5 euro. Vi fik værelset og parkeringen 2 timer tidligere. Fint værelse.

Zentral, sauber, freundlich

Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, man bekam zügig Hilfe (Koffer tragen). Es war sehr sauber und ein großzügiges Zimmer hatte ich, mit allem Komfort. Die Pension liegt zentral, alles läßt sich fußläufig erreichen. Außerdem sind Haltestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frühstück war auch reichlich und umfangreich vom Angebot. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Mir war nicht ganz bewußt, dass es so viele Treppen gab um auf das Zimmer zu kommen, das lag aber daran, dass ich es auch nicht gelesen hatte, es war angegeben.

Das Frühstück scheint ok zu sein (habe aber keines konsumiert).

Der Empfang in der Bar hinter dem Hotel war weder freundlich noch professionell! Ich habe mich als (ausländischer) Gast vom ersten Moment an unwillkommen gefühlt.

A 5 stars Hotel disguised as a humble 3 stars

The room was gigantic, the parking is just next to the hotel and it is a short walk to a nice bakery and tram and all needed amenities (pharmacy). Coffee and tea in the room and a mini fridge to store your travelling food if any.

Pickinig up the keys in a cloud of smoke as hotel am Schloss is just on top of a Raucherbar (a smoking bar). For the sensitive to the nose, you can smell it a little in the stairs but not in the room.

Cozy and comfortable budget friendly stay

The stay was absolutely comfortable and cozy.

There is no elevator and we were to climb 4 floors up with senior citizens.

The room was really nice and better than expected. It had everything we needed. The location was also very central. The man that checked us in was also very nice and friendly.

Breakfast could have been Better.

The Hotel stay was comfy and clean. Location was good, Supermarket and Restaurant are round the corner.

Breakfast was not good for the money. You pay additional 12 Euro/person for breakfast. The food and coffee was all cold , even though you are on time for breakfast. They didn't even fill up the counter which was empty. And they charge extra for the parking also.

Best stay in town

Great place to stay at. Great location. Amazing view. Super nice breakfast. Clean and comfy rooms. Super comfy beds. No complaints. Everything was perfect- and the staff was super helpful and just lovely!

Fine room but very pricey

Location is great. private parking available. Comfortable big room.

Check out time - it could be 12 as in many other places instead of 11. Stuff does not speak English very pricey for what you get.

The breakfast buffet was generous and the staff very accommodating when we asked for an earlier breakfast time on departure day.

The pillows were old and lumpy and the bath towels were also old.

The room was welcoming and above my expectations. 10min from main station, 5 min from a mal, 15min from the castle. We took the room at last floor as our laggage was light but as there is no lift, maybe if you have a big bag take a room on the lower floors. Stairs are a lot. The parking lot is on yhe side of the hotel, we did not use but we will do next time we come by car. We did not took breakfast but we saw it at check out. It looks like a good German breakfast, people were enjoying. We were not able to check in when we arrived around 11 but we used the guest toilette and we left the laggage there. For sure value for money

The location is perfect. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Pictures matches apartment (apart from number of bathrooms (see "what you didn't like")). Breakfast is offered at an additional cost but was fantastic. Parking can be booked at extra cost, but very handy. Staff was very friendly. There is no living room area but didn't bother us as we were only staying one night.

There was a bathroom with shower and then a separate toilet. (Description is a bit misleading as it states bathroom, additional bathroom, separate toilet - makes you think it's two proper bathrooms + extra toilet.) Just to make you aware: it is an old building you can hear your neighbours conversations. (Not a big issue for us, but if you are noise sensitive, it might be.)

Great option for a short stay

This is a good, more affordable accommodation for a short stay in Schwerin (at least compared to similar options at that time). We stayed there for one night only on our way to Lubeck and it was very convenient to walk in the city center or to the castle without much hassle. The room was pretty big, clean, nothing to complain about really.

We had no view, as our room overlooked the wall of the neighbouring building but it was not such a big deal for us sine we returned late in the evening to the room and left the next morning. For a short stay, I don't think it matters that much.

i would say it’s an amazing experience to live in this hotel, it’s clean and quiet, the Preis and location are perfect if you want travel in there! the staffs are nice and kind.

Superb

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff (I received a breakfast bag since I had not time to eat before leaving the last morning); perfect location; all the facilities you need are there; clean and spacious apartment; comfy bed.

Lacking English skills at the reception, but the language barrier is not a deal breaker, I would gladly stay here again.
