Perfect location to visit the castle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking for motorcycle undercover although only a few places and cost 11 euros. Small restaurant but very good food. Room was a good size with a good shower.
Very thin pillows and very thin towels. Can hear trams running all night if room facing street.

The hotel is located within a short walk of the railway station, whilst the castle and old town are easily accessible. The hotel is steeped in history and bygone charm. Breakfast was really good.
There was nothing that we did not like. A lovely hotel

Good Location
Friendly bar / restaurant staff.
Lift / Elevator had been out of order for some time but they didn’t tell us before check in.
Nobody offered to help carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs.
Reception Staff in the evening not engaging or friendly.
Top floor rooms are far too hot even with windows open.
Needs air conditioning.
