Excellent value for money and the location was great.

Room size was perfect, comfy bed, staff were absolutely awesome and free water was always available, which was a nice touch.

Thee hotel itself is a bit dated, but if you looked past it, it was an excellent choice on our part and will be staying there again later in the year when we return.

Pleasant and safe

We liked so much the location and the view to the river from our room. As well as that shuttle bus it was so convenience for our business trip. A nice buffet awaiting for us every afternoon at the time our return from Canton Fair. The man who was responsible for our movement with the shuttle bus speaks perfectly English. The neighbor has amazing original Chinese restaurants.... do not miss them!

Hope that the rest staff improve their English as the man that coordinate the boarding and moving with shuttle buses. As well a small renovation in the rooms should bring completely balance between price and facilities.

Pleasant

Location is great.

The facility is old and badly needs update. The kitchen is not usable. The drain in the shower was clogged and the front desk was informed. It wasn't fixed after two nights stay.

It’s very old..wifi slow, aircond is very less air and not cold enough..bathrooms are very old and run down. Room size is good though.

Superb

It's an old building in the heart of Guangzhou. Spacious room, and I can see the Canton tower perfectly out of the window. The restaurant has a marking for food containing pork, made my breakfast easier as a Muslim traveler.

The bathroom could use a bit renovation

great location, 15 minutes from the metro station and canton tower. the room was big and comfortable, I booked the room with the view in the River and the tower, totally worth it. staff was friendly.

Exceptional

Dinner buffet was good value and plentiful.

Some guests smoke in the corridor which causes a lingering smell.

This will definitely stay here again when going to GZ.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Ramada.The staff was very friendly and approachable. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The location in GZ is perfect! The California Cafe breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.

The cleanliness is not good. one of the cups that left me in the room was dirty from the last use, had coffee marks (it was just rinsed). The toilet and bath tub are very old and dirty looking. Is not up to the Ramada brand

An old fashion hotel

Location is not bad, close to the river, good view at riverside room.

Very old fashion hotel, strong smell , probably everybody smoked inside, even pillows was smelling, also carpet was smelling, not only in the room, corridor was the same. Bathroom very old style, toilet and bathroom drain lines were blocked, water didnt drain. A maintenance guy came to fix it. They dont clean carpets, dirty. Staff didnt know english, difficult to comminicate. There is no good restaurants or cafees around the hotel. You must walk 10 minutes to go to cafees street.

Would not waste my money staying here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, we were checked in early. The first room we were given was a non-smoking room however it had a distinct cigarette smell and the windows in the rooms do not open. We were then given a room on a lower floor that was musty and had a tiny window that partly opened but it did not make a big difference. Was really disappointed in how old the hotel was and there was not any recent updating or remodelling of the hotel. Rooms are carpeted and look like they are from the '90s, the bed was so-so and not the plush pillowtop I expected from the Ramada chain. Overall it did not live up to its chain reputation.

Great place, excellent staff, excellent Chinese buffet.

The staff was very attentive. In the restaurant they went out of their way to cook based on my health needs.

The property is slightly dated。
