Staff were nice ( Lack of English, which is not appropriate for everyone to speak in English, but it's a plus point
Outdoor Valet and welcoming staff were good and polite, and always smiling

Lack of understanding whoever you call & whenever you call you go through who doesn't even understand what you want, even a small word teeth brush or shaving kit is hard to explain until unless I walk downstairs reception myself to explain and still didnt get until translation being used.
Very important idk 🤷♀️ why whatsapp and all social network block and restrict all in china this is ridiculous.

Cindy and the hotel staff were all very friendly. Whenever I had any questions or requests, they did more than what they had to do to meet my needs. I felt very welcome and well-taken care of, and they exceeded my expectations.
