Die großartige Unterstützung, als mein Mann als Notfall mit dem Krankenwagen in die Klinik gefahren wurde. Sein Gepäck wurde - als ich telefonisch darum bat, vom Hotel in die Klinik gebracht.

Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Wellness Bereich mit der Eiskrotte wirklich schön.
Das Frühstück ist üppig und es gibt auch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen.

Toller Empfang als Brautpaar mit Upgrade zur Suite. Das Zimmer war wunderschön romantisch hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Modernes, großes Bad. Tolle Einrichtung. Spa Bereich ist auch toll und privat.
Bei der Abreise wurde man weniger so wie beim Empfang verabschiedet, eher kalt und abweisend.
Die Betten sind unseren Empfindens nach leider unpraktisch, da sie aus zwei Matratzen bestehen, die nachts auseinander rutschen.

Das Hotel ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sehr komfortabel, ausgestattet mit allem, was einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Das Personal haben wir als sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam erlebt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

A genuinely, unusual hotel: set in a quiet, wooded area with a branch of the Lahn flowing by, yet just a few minutes walk to the center of town. Huge, comfortable, beautifully furnished room with a balcony and a view of a waterfall.

design was very modern and stylish and charming. the restaurant was good. the staff very helpful and friendly. the pillow bar was a fun idea! the sauna and workout room had everything you could want.
parking was expensive, the mattress in my room 2411 was not comfortable for a luxury hotel, the service at the restaurant took a very long time. we sat at 8:15 and didn’t get our food until maybe 1.5 hours later.

Everything was amazing. Efen correcting the checkout error was well done.
Duble charge at checkout that required a manager to fix it and not apologies from ste staff in error.

Room was very very spacious. We booked the two room apartment for 1 adult and 2 children. Perfect for a night or two if you are in the Marburg area. We ordered our booked breakfast to the room, was very comfortable eating in the kitchen/dining area.
Hotel is fine for 1-2 nights with kids, not more. Nothing to really complain about! Pool was a bit chilly, but I understand that many places have turned down their heating.

Breakfast was great, rooms were big.
the bed was just two singles pushed together so you couldn't lay in the middle because the beds separated and you would just fall down in between them.

I liked all of it! The room was nice, big and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the main Station and in a very quiet area. And it has a nice SPA connected directly to the hotel. Loved it! I will definitely come back again.
