The receptionist/barman was polite and very helpful, a real credit to the hotel. Lovely rooms, which were spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The staffing was overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating through every phase of our visit. They helped out with an early check-in after a transatlantic flight despite it being at the beginning of weekend travel. When my spouse left something behind in the room, and we went back to the hotel it was possible to get the forgotten item back immediately. The location of the hotel was also ideal in that you across the street access to the lift to get to the upper city.

Room was fine and the location was great
The AC was broken in the entire hotel, and it was 37 C outside. It was still hot with the windows open and fan on. Also extremely loud because it was near the city center. I stayed 2 nights and my colleague stayed 4 nights nothing changed with AC, staff was unapologetic
