Location right on the main square. The hotel staff are well trained and very efficient. They will even help you carry your bags up the stairs, if you are in the main building. Best breakfast buffet ever!!
Lovely mix of modern and antique furnishings.
Nothing! well maybe the wasps...but that's not a hotel issue.😀

The room was great and on a lower level, which was excellent for my elderly parents. Staff friendliness at the hotel was excellent.
The breakfast buffet was a bit odd, as it didn't have the 'standard' cereals or plain quark or a coffee machine for cappuccino. Yes, I could order one with staff, but it was odd and once even tasted 'funny', which was returned. The buffet had many little glasses with salads and other things in it with a lid. Maybe practical for the hotel, but the huge selection wasn't required and it might be better to get the basics right.

We loved the location right in the city center, view outside of the room on main square and very nice breakfast that we could have outside right on the main square. We also liked that the hotel had dedicated parking in the back (very reasonably priced, like 6EUR)
Room was not super quiet -> but this is to be expected when you choose accommodation in middle of the town, so this is not really a complaint.
Room was not the largest, but again, we did not see that as a problem.

The hotel is right on the pedestrian square, breakfast was amazing.
Wifi didn't work on our 3rd floor room but worked find on lower floors. We complained but nothing was done. I see this is a problem with other posters. We knew this but there is no elevator so for some this might be a deal breakers. No kettle in the room. Bed small.
