Skøn beliggenhed tæt på centrum. God morgenmad og generelt alt hvad man kan forvente af et hotelophold. Mulighed for parkering på den anden side af vejen. Fin udsigt over hyggelige bygninger fra værelset.
Sengen var for hård og værelset meget småt, måske havde vi sat forventningerne for højt fordi det er Best Western.

Nice location within a short walking distance from the old city. The hotel has a nice restaurant, which was a great thing to have when traveling off season. Room had a nice view towards a small canal. Good breakfast.
Room was a bit small and the pillows were a bit hard and thick. Parking lot is located on the other side of a street that is a bit busy so you need to watch out for traffic.

Staff here were friendly and willing to help, but unfortunately as a disabled guest I felt that facilities and access let it down
Access to this property is limited for someone with walking difficulties, with restricted disabled parking (very narrow) some distance from the entrance and only accessible across a high cobbled driveway, which is unsuitable for someone with walking difficulties and wheelchairs let alone families travelling with small children who would find pushing a buggy difficult here.
This property has recently added an additional charge for energy and food price rises of 2,50€ per night. Quests who book their stay on booking .com should be aware that on payment at the hotel this is stated as been an extra charge, on top of your booking. But rest assured this isn't because booking.com takes care of this and it is added in your overall charge and it is the reception staff who word this incorrectly inform guests that the additional charge is included in the booking price you have when booking through this site.
For my stay we booked a Junior suit and feel other guests should be aware that we were in a room in the across from the main building, here rooms are next to the main road and very noisy.
