Staff was super helpful and understanding when I had to make a late check-out due to train difficulties. Amenities were great, accessible and always clean & tidy. Shared bathrooms were quiet, we hardly saw anyone else on our floor, very quiet and peaceful. Travelled with a friend but would have felt just as safe alone. Shared kitchen was super convenient and breakfasts were great.
Folks in the courtyard can be rowdy later at night after quiet hours but not a big deal if you’re tired enough. Area can get a little sketchy at night but nothing to be worried about if you know your way around.
