The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the food was far exceeding my expectations and the overall experience was far above the price league of the hotel.
I stayed in 5 star hotels with much worse experiences.

Location
The room was very hot, no conditioner. Next to the hotel, from the parking side, there is a pub. People were shouting, and drinking there till 4AM. While the room is hot, you need to keep windows open and can’t sleep because of noice or you can’t sleep because of heat in the room.

Glorious view of the old town, this was a stunning location. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable.

Good location.
Hotel needs renovation. I stay at Best Western hotels often as it is a standard to go by usually. This hotel has been there for a while. Rooms need renovation in my opinion.
