Wenn in Hof, dann hier im Central!

Sehr professionell geführtes, komfortables modernes Hotel mit einem kaum zu schlagenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolles Frühstück, freie Parkplätze, große Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Geschultes, freundliches Personal.

Der Lärm von der Straße. Nicht zu ändern, aber für Ruhesuchende vielleicht ein Problem. Wie in vielen Hotels ist die Schaltung der Lichtquellen nicht immer nachvollziehbar.. ;-)

Large, quiet, free parking a few steps from city centre with outstanding breakfast

This is a 4-star hotel - so no unpleasant surprices... Everything was fine: - staff very nice and helpful - location and parking - just a few steps from the city centre (like 10 minutes walk) - outstanding breakfast - very large room and bed

Nothing - just one personal subjective view: the corridors and doors to rooms are designed as old-fashioned ones (like 17-18th century). But it's a modern hotel - so I would prefer cleaner design. But it's not a fault or any reason to lower the points.

very friendly staff, nice and spacy room

when booking i thought the hotel would be more central - it is not really, you need to walk quite a bit to get to the old town and also there is a very busy street along the main entrance, so it is not what one would expect from looking of how the hotel presents itself. Nevertheless, it is easy to walk everywhere and the nice room and the friendly staff compensate for a lot.

the Hotel is pretty good option when you go to western part of Germany and wants to stop for a night

poor breakfast, only acceptable, we asked for a room in quiet area and higher floor but we got room at street site & on the ground floor :-( but generally the Hotel was not bad there is a problem with parking space and you have to part at the street site

Sadlly not that great anymore

I like this hotel and use it several times a year for one night when travelling through Germany. Unfortunately over the years I have found the hotel staff to be increasingly unpleasant. In the morning, when I got up very early to leave as soon as possible, I wanted to check out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception, although it should have been open at 6 a.m. (I was there at 6.25 a.m.) I thought to myself that everyone can leave the workplace for a while, so I waited more than 10 minutes. But then I realised I hadn't got up so early to waste time waiting. I looked for the lady from the reception desk who was on the first floor where breakfast is served and was just putting it on hers. I asked her if she could come down to the reception desk because I had been waiting for almost 15 minutes. She told me she was on her way. The receptionist came and, without saying a word, looked at the computer and told me how much I owed. I paid, but I still haven't heard a word of apology or respect for my time. It was enough to say "sorry to keep you waiting" or even "thank you for your patience". I pointed out to the lady that she could at least apologise because I am a hotel guest. She was arrogant and not even sorry, at the end I was the one. who said first goodbye and wished her nice day, she answered without even a slight of smile on her face. On the way out when i was trying to drive out from the hotels parking there was a delivery van from bakery parked in the middle of the driveway even though there was a lot of free parkings. Then I thought to myself : does the hotel guests still get some respect ? It is a pity that this happened because this is really a very pleasant hotel.

Comfortable hotel

comfortable bed and nice breakfast

the heaters were turned completely off when I got to the room. it took me sometime to figure that out and I had to sleep under 2 covers until the room got warmer. when I reported that in the morning at the reception I didn’t even get an apology. sad because I always liked that hotel.

Ok for 1night stay, not planning to come back

Location and breakfast are good

The room requires renewal, heating box was broken, vault is from ancient time :) despite this is 4* hotel there is no welcome bottle of water or slippers in room. Price of water 0.7ml is 3 euro.

Very nice hotel just outside of the city center of hof. Perfect for a one night visit when driving through Europe.

If you need to stay in the center of Hof I recommend this hotel.

This is really a nice place in the center of Hof. The room we got was large and clean. The breakfast was also very nice.

There is a huge sign at the entrance to the hall that leads to the room to keep quiet (see attached photo) but this didn't stop the cleaning stuff to behave really loud early in the morning.

Good enough hotel in calm location

Calm city and good location.

Stayed in the economy level room so maybe it is the reason, but there was no air conditioning and inside the room it was quite old fashioned. However, bathroom was newly renovated and nice. Breakfast very average. No bottle of water inside - just the one you have to pay for.

It was a great stay! Anna, at the front desk, was super!

The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Very modern hotel, great for work location.

The most modern hotel experience in Hof. Ideal for work location, but outside of Hof Town center. Very good choice of breakfast.

Paking can be an issue when the hotel is busy, but there is plenty of side street parking available.

I didn't find the sleep the most comfortable, the mattress was stiff but the pillows very soft
