Hello Hotel DORMERO. On my recent stay from 16. To 19.02. I saw on my credit card statement that you charged me the parking 4x ! and my stay was only for 3 night. Can you please refund 20€ to my credit card? You have it on record.

Spacious rooms, huge and comfortable beds. I also liked that it has a sauna. Pets can stay for free which is exceptional. Good breakfast, location in the center of Hof. Friendly staff.
Just minor things: There were only two lounge chairs in the sauna area and the lights were really bright so it was not really a classic spa room to relax after the sauna. The sauna itself was big though and I enjoyed it.

New Building
Extremely bright Room. The Windows Need a better blackout. It us spring and the sun is shining from 5 am to 9:30 pm.
Bathroom made for men. No space to place even a shampoo. Breakfast extremely expensive.
