The room was easily big enough to fit 3 people and their luggage. The staff was kind and helpful by any means.
The sofa bed wasn't the best, you could feel everything through the mattress and it wasn't really comfortable to sleep in

In the center of Mannheim.
Very nice and helpful personnel.
Good that there is a private parking.
Problems to get in and out of the parking garage.
I would have liked to pay everything in the evening before departure, parking included., which was not possible.
So some loss of precious time.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, both the setting and the selection. The hotel is in a good location at walking distance from the main train station and the city centre.

In my opinion, this hotel only resembles the original Best Western brand in name. I previously stayed at a four-star Best Western hotel in Oman, and the difference in quality was enormous. I honestly don’t think this hotel deserves a four-star rating; at best, it feels like a two-star hotel.
The cleanliness was very disappointing. The toilet and shower were dirty, and there was hair on the bedsheet, which made it seem like the sheets had not been changed. I was too tired to complain since we were only staying for one night.
