Great location in central historic Potsdam - close to restaurants, Sansoucci and Alexandrovna! Excellent breakfast included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Our attic room was stuffy and had poor ventilation - skylights which could only open slightly, and which created a greenhouse effect and made the room warm and stuffy, even though the weather was mild. The provided fan helped somewhat, but I imagine this room would be very uncomfortable in hot weather. We also found the pillows and mattress were not very comfortable and this, together with the ventilation issues, made it difficult to get to sleep.

Nothing to complain about. There's no elevator - but it's a historical building and you cannot have one.

Location right close to highway so a shore diversion from continuing on highway. But far enough away to not hear noise from autobahn. Comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast
No people to check you in upon arrival is a bit of a challenge. Limited dinner options on a Monday night

I thought I had booked a 3 star hotel room.
The room was obviously in the Zimmer above the restaurant. We had to walk out of the reception to the back of the building into the car park find the entrance to the staircase to access our room.
The curtains didn’t cover the windows properly and the morning light was blinding. Noise from the other rooms was obvious. Breakfast was limited and staff not helpful. I would never stay here again.
