The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I have not experienced such high quality customer service in more expensive hotels in larger cities as I did here.
I would have loved to have a tea/instant coffee station in the room. I know this is not standard for continental stays, but it would have been the cherry on top.

The room itself was nice and clean, as the reception desk area was, but everything else was outdated, in bad condition e.g. the facade, the garden door functioned poorly…
