This is our second visit. We love the location, just out of town but close enough to walk or catch a bus. The onsite parking is great, just opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. We ate in the restaurant one evening and can highly recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property when starting a European road trip. Last time we had a very hot room (during a heatwave) in the annex so we requested a room in the main building this time. Room number 1 was superb - a large room with a separate lounge area and it has aircon.
The breakfast choice is good - lots of choice of cold meats, cheeses, pastries and cereals.
This hotel is a nice short walk away from the main part of Baden-Baden. You can walk along the river to the centre in about 20 minutes and then you also have a peaceful place to stay. We would definitely return here.

Our 2nd visit en-route from the UK to Austria. Baden Baden is a beautiful city and walking distance from the hotel. The hotels Italian restaurant is excellent as are the staff. Clean comfortable room and parking next door.

The location was good and the room was a decent size. The breakfast was very well presented with a lovely outside dining area. The close proximity to the town centre was great, a lovely place to walk around in the evening.
We stayed during a hotel period so really missed A/C. The person who checked us in really did not make us feel welcome which was a shame as we had travelled for many hours to get there - a smile would have made all the difference.
