Great location, good sized room and inclusive breakfast

The location was excellent for the Friedrichsbad spa. The parking was very good. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good.
There was no AC or fan. It was very hot for the couple of days we stayed there. There was an air cooler, but that did not work.
