Hotel ist gut und empfehlenswert, Frühstück lieber auswärts (tegut in 100m)

Super Lage und Zimmer war schön

Recht hochpreisiges Frühstück, was den Erwartungen nicht völlig entspricht. Eier nur auf Bestellung (erst durch erfragen), Auswahl etwas begrenzt (z.B. kein Lachs, Weißwurst,)

Toller Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht sehr angenehm. Außerdem war das Hotelpersonal wirklich nett und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals kompensiert Vieles!

Das überaus freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption und vor allem an der Bar! Leider war bei diesem Aufenthalt der seit Jahren immer äußerst freundliche Barkeeper wohl im Urlaub!

Keine Minibar im Zimmer. Kein Restaurant mehr. Obwohl ich seit ca. 10 Jahren immer wieder in das Hotel komme, sind meine Daten nach der Umstellung auf das neue Checkin wohl nicht mehr vorhanden.

36 hours in Munich

Everything, the room was clean with comfortable beds, great shower, nice large TV. Staff on check in were fabulous! Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice. Hotel is 300 m from the U Bahn for direct access to Marienplatz and other areas. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Munich

Enttäuschend, zu profitorietiert und zu wenig service - und kundenorientiert.

Flusen im Zimmer. Aufzüge teilweise defekt. Room- Service wurde nicht gemacht, habe mein Bett 4 Tage lang selbst gemacht. Gebrauchte Kaffeetasse ist 4 Tage nicht ausgetauscht worden...

So schnell nicht mehr!

Die Lage mit Bus vor dem Haus ist perfekt.

Ich war schon lange nicht mehr dort. Und wurde extrem enttäuscht. Ich habe mir erst lange überlegt, überhaupt was zu schreiben, aber doch. Lob kann jeder. Dass das Zimmer nach 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig war, OK. Kann passieren. Aber es war eigentlich beide Tage nicht fertig. Rundheraus: Wann dieses Zimmer das letzte Mal von einer Reinigungskraft besucht wurde, vermag ich nicht einzuschätzen. Wenn nicht an dem Wochenende das absolute Chaos in München gewesen wäre, wäre ich sofort abgereist. Im Bad war noch vom Vornutzer ein leeres Shampoo. Eine dicke Staubmulle am Kabel vom Föhn. Und wenn man schon dunkle oder schwarze Einrichtungsgegenstände hat, sollte man mit einem Staubtuch zumindest ab und an mal drüber gehen. Dass der Fernseher nicht ging, war vermutlich dem Wetter geschuldet. Hatte ich reklamiert, keine Besserung, aber auch kein Feedback dazu kam. Dass Niemand zum Betten machen/Handtuchtausch am Samstag im Zimmer war. Nun ja, vielleicht habe ich das sogar in der Hektik beim elektronischen Check-In aus Versehen angeklickt. Wenn man bedenkt, wie das Hotel noch vor ein paar Jahren war - um Himmels Willen. Siehe auch Bilder.

Ich komme wieder.

Gut gefallen hat mir die Zimmereinrichtung und Ausstattung, das Angebot andere Kissen zu bestellen und das inklusive Good Night-Paket mit Tee, Wärmflasche und Schlafmaske.

Der Badezimmerboden war nur oberflächlich gewischt - da haben Schmink-Reste geklebt (u. a. eine Kajal-Stift-Spitze), sonst hätte ich die Sauberkeit mit "Sehr gut" bewertet.

Vor Jahren topp, jetzt flopp

Freundliches Personal

Selbst Checkin (bei dem Preis?); Schlechtes Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl. Dafür viel zu teuer; Warmes Wasser in der Dusche erst nach sehr langem Laufen lassen. Ökologisch?; Fernsehfernbedienung ohne Gebrauchsanleitung und Fernseher lässt sich mit Wandschalter ausschalten. Wer soll darauf kommen?

Ich kann das Flemming nur weiter empfehlen und ich persönlich werde wieder kommen !

Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und die Auswahl sehr groß, also alles was man für ein gutes frühstück braucht war auch da. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, was für mich ein plus Punkt war, es war ein Bügelbrett und Eisen vorhanden, doch hat mit die Minibar gefehlt. Die Lage war einfach perfekt. Im großen und ganzen, immer wieder gerne !

Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, das die Sauna nicht um 17Uhr eröffnet hat und um 18 Uhr war sie auch noch geschlossen, dabei sollte sie täglich um 17 Uhr öffnen. Eine kleine Verbesserung an dem Fitnessraum wäre auch nicht schlecht, was die Ausstattung angeht.

Good as a base to explore the city

Convenient location a few minutes from Munchener Freiheit U Bahn. Check in is all automated but staff are on hand to help.

Gloomy corridors, apart from something of a hip vibe downstairs a bit soulless. You can see straight into the shower from the room- some guests might find this a bit disconcerting..

Stayed many times at this hotel over the years and it has always maintained a certain superior standard. Good sized comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, quite good value and over all very friendly and efficient staff, to name a few... And one bright star among the hotel staff, a gentleman called Timo has always been extra polite and friendly, offering the best service at hotel's restaurant & bar ; many thanks Timo 👍

I booked a room that comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and also mailed the hotel to make sure my room came with one. Still, upon check-in, l was given a room without such coffee machine. And despite many attempts, the receptionist could not come up with another room that had what l wanted ! I had to remind the reception the next morning about this and eventually a coffee machine was brought to my room. One more issue, minibars should be made available again in the rooms at Fleming Schwabing like in the past ! And room service every other day doesn't seem to work automatically, unless housekeeping is informed. Finally, original Nespresso capsules should also be made available again, like in the past ; generic capsules offered with coffee machines are very poor quality !

Superb

Great hotel, nothing fancy in a great location for the public transport. The staff were wonderful, could not do enough to help. Hotel was really quiet at night which was great with some good restaurants within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back next year.

Check in is a little laborious but other than that nothing.

This place is all about location and affordability. The rooms are on the tinier side.

Nothing can beat this location. Very conveniently located. Second best thing is the service quality the agents are providing. Everyone is super friendly and always there to help you and make your stay pleasant.

The software they are using for the check-in is very painful and unintuitive to use. It's only been 2 weeks apparently. So there is room for improvements. Interesting detail about the bathroom and the shower cabins: The bathroom Is not separated and the shower cabin is made with clear glass. Might be very awkward if you are not staying with your significant other.
