Very convenient,exactly at the airport . They were amazing with communication, answering my emails and reassuring.As my.firsy time travelling in Germany I felt safe.

Location in relation to Hahn Airport. The fact that they had a family room was great.

The location was key.
We had to opt for a code instead of going to reception because of home circumstances. We tried to call during reception hours and it said they were closed even though we called well within the reception hours. We were worried we would not be able to get into the hotel and our room. We were already charged for it. I ended up messaging them but that was extremely stressful. If you say reception hours are at a certain then I expect someone to be there to answer my questions/concerns during that time frame. That was very disappointing.
